Return Policy

By placing an order through www.finallure.com you agree to the terms below. We have set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. 

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you need contact us at service@finallure.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you a return label to send the product back to our warehouse.

DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS, OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Goods are classified as defective if they are received in damaged condition, or where a manufacturing defect is noticeable on the items. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of improper usage and mishandling by the customers are not considered to be defective.

EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at service@finallure.com.

DON'T RECEIVE ITEM

If the package is delivered, but you don't receive the package, please check at your mailbox, front door, or any other places the package would be. Otherwise, you will have to report losses to the post office or police station.

If the package was undelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be destroyed by the carriers rather than return to us, because we didn’t pay for the return shipping. Please make sure to leave the correct address, so that you can receive the package.

RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE
The return shipping fee must be borne by the customer himself.

RETURN ADDRESS

Please email service@finallure.com to get the return address.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If the product is still being processed, you're eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received a UPS, USPS OR DHL tracking number and you want to cancel, you MUST wait until the package arrives to start the return process.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note shipping fee is not return.
